Add a free “Try it on” button to your store
Shoppers hesitate on clothes because they cannot picture them on themselves. Paste any product link below and get a button and a link that open GetHyped with that product already loaded, so your customer can see it on their own photo before they buy. It takes about a minute and it costs you nothing.
Your button
Link (for Instagram, WhatsApp, email)
HTML (for your product page)
How to add it
- Shopify: open the product page in the theme editor, add a “Custom Liquid” or “Custom HTML” block under the add-to-cart button and paste the HTML.
- WooCommerce or WordPress: add a Custom HTML block to the product description and paste the HTML.
- Instagram, WhatsApp and email: paste the link next to the product photo or in your bio, and customers tap it to try the piece on.
- Etsy and marketplaces: these block custom HTML, so share the link in your messages, listing description or social posts.
Why sellers use it
Fit and look are the top reasons fashion orders come back. A shopper who has seen the piece on themselves is more sure of the choice, and you get a talking point your competitors’ product pages do not have. Each link carries your store name, so you can tell which products your customers are trying.
Questions
Is the Try It On button free?
Yes. Building the button and link is free, and shoppers who use it get free credits to try the item on themselves.
Do I need a developer or a Shopify app?
No. You paste one product link and get a link and a snippet of HTML. Paste the HTML into a custom-HTML block on your product page, or share the link in an Instagram bio, a WhatsApp catalogue message or an email.
What does the shopper see?
They open GetHyped, sign up in a few seconds, and your product is already loaded in Try On. They add a photo of themselves and see the garment on them in under a minute.
Does it work with any store?
It works with product pages on most stores, including Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy and Indian fashion sites. If a page blocks automated reading, upload a photo of the garment in the app instead.
Can I connect it to my own site or app instead?
Yes. The GetHyped API lets you run virtual try-on inside your own store or app. See the developer page.
What about the shopper's photo?
Shopper photos stay private to their account and are not shown to you or shared with other shoppers.
Want try-on built into your own site or app?
The GetHyped API runs virtual try-on and outfit feedback inside your product, with prepaid credits and no contract.
